Ali MacGraw

Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American model actor author designer and animal rights activist. Ali MacGraw is famous for her roles in films like Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. She grew up in an artistic family from New York and wanted to explore a career in the art. The first job she had was a photo assistant. She then moved on to modeling and acting. The award she received was her Golden Globe Award, for most promising newcomer. MacGraw was a worldwide star after her 1970 movie Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as an award from the Golden Globe. With just three releases MacGraw was named the top female box-office start worldwide. In 1972, her footprints and autograph were recorded on the wall of Grauman's Chinese Theater. She also appeared in The Getaway Convoy Players TV Miniseries The Winds of War, along with other films. Moving Pictures is her autobiography which was published in the year 1991. MacGraw has married thrice.
