Born Kellie Dawn Pickler in June 28, 1986 Pickler suffered a rough childhood. At the age of two, her mother retreated from due to an abusive relationship. Then, in 1995, she returned to her world as Pickler and obtained the custody rights. The situation didn't work out as planned. When she turned 12, the court gave back Pickler to her grandparents they raised her up to the age of adulthood. Pickler, in the absence her parents as well as her elder siblings, became too distracted to do her studies. She revealed that she no longer had time to read and began learning how to make a living as a homemaker from a very young age. Pickler participated in cheerleading at her middle and high schools.
